Beyoğlu is a district in European side. With İstiklal Avenue, Pera, Cihangir being within the borders of the district, the district is small but a very dynamic tourist attraction with lots of historical sites, cafes, shops. Beyoglu has famous shopping center Istiklal Avenue which is one of the busiest avenues around the world, hence its economy heavily depends on tourism and commerce.

Also for the last couple of years, Beyoğlu has been one of the top places where real estate sales had a boom.
